- Preflight proofs out at 12:30pm ET
- Customer approves proof by 1:30pm ET
- Order still qualifies to ship same day

- Customer places order at 11:57 AM
- Preflight fails for low res at 1:30pm
- Customer sends corrected file by 2:30pm
- Order still ships same day
Example 3:
- Customer places order at 9:00 AM
- Preflight fails at 1:00pm
- Customer responds at 2:30pm
- Order ships the following day since they did not respond within an hour
