Turnaround times are based on business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays. These times also assume that submitted artwork does not have quality issues or concerns.

Example 1
Customer places order at 11AM ET, selects an option that requires a proof approval.
Preflight proofs out at 12:30pm ET
Customer approves proof by 1:30pm ET
Order still qualifies to ship same day
Example 2
Customer places order at 11:57 AM
Preflight fails for low res at 1:30pm
Customer sends corrected file by 2:30pm
Order still ships same day
Example 3:
Customer places order at 9:00 AM
Preflight fails at 1:00pm

Order Quantity Exceptions
Turnaround times and shipping estimations are based on "normal quantity orders." Occasionally, larger quantity orders may be subject to an additional turnaround time, depending on the size and quantity requested. Customer Support will contact you if your order is determined to be above a "normal quantity" and give you an updated shipping date.
International
We can ship internationally around the world. We offer UPS and FedEx international shipping methods. *Please note - FedEx is only available if you have a FedEx Freight Collect Account. You would need to provide the FedEx Freight Collect number to us so your account can be updated if you would like to ship on a FedEx Account.
The UPS shipping prices will be available for viewing once you place an order in your online shopping cart. The approximate transit times are as follows:

Delivery
Orders ship from our Gordonsville, Virginia 22942 address by UPS. All listed delivery times are based on delivery times provided to us by the shipping carrier. We will not accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or for issues beyond our control.
Retail vs Wholesale Customer Classifications
Due to the complex nature of custom printing: sheet sizes, quantity ordered, and frequency of orders are all taken into account when classifying a customer as "retail" or "wholesale".
While we do our best to ensure the greatest portion of our customers qualify for promotional shipping and special pricing offers, an abundant use of those promotional shipping and special pricing offers results in an increased cost that offsets any savings we're able to pass along to the typical retail customer.
As such, we classify customers into one of two categories:
"Retail" ordering customers are classified as typically ordering a "normal quantity" volume. These are customers who order a reasonable quantity that results in us being able to offer free shipping type promotions and fit their entire order into a reasonable number of our packages and/or boxes.
"Wholesale" ordering customers are classified as typically ordering an "above normal quantity" volume. These are customers who order an above-average quantity that results in us being unable to fit their entire order into an above average amount of our packages and/or boxes. Once we have to break orders into multiple packages, additional costs are incurred beyond "reasonable".
These classifications are subject to evaluation on a periodic basis. We will always try our hardest to work with our customers.
