There are two possible reasons your artwork isn't displaying properly when uploading to our Canvas: browser type and artwork size.
You're using Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, and therefore is no longer supported by our previewing Canvas system. Please use Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome for the best browsing and uploading experience.
Your artwork isn't sized properly
Make sure your file is one of our Accepted Filetypes and is at least 300 DPI, sized the way you'd like it printed.
Still having size issues?
Many of our customers take comfort in paying the art resize fee, available as a selection during the upload process. Our art team will resize your artwork and send you a proof for approval prior to sending it to print.
